Over the last week, twenty-four exceptional young men completed a comprehensive hands-on course in civics, government and leadership. These young men were engaged, and critical of the democratic process in the state of New Mexico, all while doing things like running for elections, practicing public speaking, passing legislation, conducting court cases and much more.
Each delegate who completed the session has received 3 college credits from ENMU as a 200-level political science workshop course that can be transferred to almost any university in the US, and made friendships and connections with their fellow future leaders from all across the state.
All the legionnaires, volunteers, and staff members, are incredibly proud of our delegate class for completing this intense week and workshop. Each of them completed something truly extraordinary for their own development, and the service to their community.
